Frequently Asked Questions
What's expected of me during the week?
To protect your launch timeline, feedback is expected within 24 hours at each stage. Set aside about 30 minutes each day of your design week for review and edits.
What if I don't have branding yet?
Branding is included, it's built into the process, not an add-on. You'll walk away with a complete Basic Brand Kit alongside your finished website.
Will you write my copy?
You fill out a brand questionnaire and website copy guide before we begin. I take your answers and shape, structure, and polish everything so it reads professionally. You're not starting from a blank page.
Can I use my own template?
Unless it's a Showit template, no. This experience is built around my professional design library, which is what makes the 7-day turnaround possible.
What if I need more pages? Or want to add on more down the road?
Additional pages are $350 each and can be added at any time. If your business grows and you need a fully custom structure down the road, your branding carries over into the Custom Website. If you need 10+ pages or a fully custom structure from the get-go, the Custom Website is the better fit.
How soon can I start?
Design weeks are booked in advance and availability is limited. I typically have about a 4 week wait, which will give you plenty of time to gather all of your deliverables.

How soon do you need my content?
To begin the design phase, all core materials must be submitted by the Brand & Strategy Session. I'll send a prep checklist so you know exactly what to have ready — it's a lighter lift than it sounds.
Having these items ready allows the design process to move forward smoothly and stay on schedule.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes. Pay in full at $3,000 or choose from 2 payments of $1,550 or 4 payments of $775.
Will my website be optimized for SEO?
We build all of our websites with search engines in mind. All sites are optimized for both mobile & desktop and include basic search engine optimization (SEO).
SEO is not something that’s done once. You’ll need to continue optimizing your website after it’s built and as you develop content. This includes optimizing content as it’s created and building quality backlinks to your website.
What is not included in my package?
A few things to plan for separately: your domain registration, Showit subscription, and any third party app subscriptions (booking software, email marketing platforms, etc.) are not included. Custom copywriting isn't included either — you provide your content through the questionnaire and copy guide, and I shape and polish it from there. Webfont licenses are also not included if you choose a premium font outside of my standard pairings.
