Depending on your package, you may have 1-2 hours of design support for minor tweaks. You will also have email support for 14-30 days to ask any follow up questions about the designs or systems (no additional design is done with email support).
ADDITIONAL SUPPORT
Once the project is complete your final payment is due. Once I receive payment you will receive any video tutorials, all the final files, and any recommendations for how to move forward with your design.
Now it's time to launch baby! The launching phase is where we will get your blog setup & or migrated, hosting taking care of, website url forwarded to Showit (no worries I do all of this for you) and we showcase your gorgeous brand and new website!

DELIVER & LAUNCH
This is where I get to work! I'll be busy taking care of all your design needs and making the magic happen!
For VIP Design Days, you will need to be available by email or Slack for all booked hours, so I can send over edits and address any concerns quickly. Your final project will be delivered on this day! Woohoo!
For Website Design, I'll start with designing the homepage only. Then it will need your approval before designing the rest of the site. This way you will have a very set design style that we can flow throughout the rest of the site.
PROJECT START DATE
Now's where we start to talk the fun stuff! I want to know all about your brand, ideal client, vibe, tone of voice, colors, you like, services you offer, etc. I want to learn as much as I can about your needs & vision, so I can help you turn it all into reality.
I will also send you a checklist and access to your personal project board so we can make sure we're always on the same page and that we are ready to go on the project start date.
STRATEGY CALL
Once you pick your project date, I will send you over your project proposal, contract, and initial invoice. The 50% deposit is due at this time. At this point you’ll receive a Google Drive folder to start adding your deliverables into for me (which I’ll review on our strategy call).
